Anger?

There's no need to pour out your anger. Let it blown away by silence. As silence it may seem, temper disappears.

Angry? Take it easy though.

We can't avoid from being angry. But to control our temper is a huge achievement for a human being. Why? It's not easy to be a patience person. Plus. You get to be younger! Everybody gonna be jealous of you. haha. =)

I've read an article that we use hundreds of facial expression when we angry while only a bit of it when we're happy. That means we're not making our face fatigue. We're making our face rest and relax when we're happy. Less wrinkles!! That's why they say it is important to get a beauty sleep. Correct me if I'm wrong. hee.

I'm following my fellow guy friend. He is a really patient guy. I really salutes him. Despite what others said and throw to him, he just ignore it and just proceed with his life. A really strong guy I may say. Hard to find a guy like that. He is actually a hot tempered person, but in personal life, he kept it professional. He put a huge distance between personal and work. For a girl like me, I've done wrong doings too in mixing personal and work altogether.haiya. How I adore to be like him. Strong ones. Pray for me!!

So this is quite a lesson for me. ha. As you can see. If you're a patient person, you will gain respect from others! Wow. Bonus points! This is really like an anger management class. hihi.
